Founded in 1985 by Madame Jacqueline Zeitoun, this institution in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, nestled in the heart of the Zola-Commerce-Grenelle-Beaugrenelle district, has established itself as the leading real estate agency.
Guided by strong values of commitment, trust, simplicity, integrity and professionalism, PROGEDIM has gradually extended its reach to the entire 15th arrondissement and beyond. In 2009, Rachel Petremant, an emblematic figure who joined the adventure in 1993, took the reins of the agency.

In 2024, two buyers Benjamin SLAMA and Olivier Toset, driven by a passion for real estate and seduced by the heritage of PROGEDIM, are committed to perpetuating this tradition of excellence.
